The registration fee shown in the table below covers

1. Accommodation for 5 nights (Sunday, May 21st through Friday, May 26th, 2023).
   Accommodation type depends on the registration level—double or single (after request and depending on availability) for regular registration, and dorm or double after request and depending on availability for student registration).
   For guests wishing to also stay an extra night, the venue can accommodate this at a first-come/first-serve basis at an extra cost of 80 Euros.
   Accompanying persons: 80 Euros/day. Reduced prices for children: free stay for kids 0-2 yrs, 40 Euros per day for kids 2-12 yrs sharing room with parents.
2. Welcome reception on Sunday, May 21st, 2023
3. Half-board (breakfast + lunch) and coffee breaks
4. Social event/dinner on Thursday May 25th, 2023
5. Creative activities for participants' children
6. Transportation between the venue and Athens International Airport (ATH)---fixed- schedule buses TBA.
